Four Ingredient Yogurt Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 cup whole milk yogurt
1-2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (Olivaio)
Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Place yogurt in a bowl; top with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), fresh lemon juice, and a sprinkle of kosher salt; mix until thoroughly combined
