Yogurt doesn't always have to be sweet. In many cultures, it's served plain to accompany savory dishes. The addition of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), fresh lemon juice, and kosher salt make this dip a great addition to many meals.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt
- 1-2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (Olivaio)
- Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- Kosher salt

- Place yogurt in a bowl; top with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), fresh lemon juice, and a sprinkle of kosher salt; mix until thoroughly combined
