INGREDIENTS

1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed
1 large garlic clove
1/4 cup tahini
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (Olivaio) + more for garnishing
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh water
Kosher salt
Paprika (optional)
Parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth; serve with extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and a pinch of paprika and chopped parsley
