Labneh is a tangy, creamy, thick cheese that's perfect for spreading and dipping. From the Levant region (modern day Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Jordan, and Israel), this cheese is made from strained yogurt. Serve it with whatever you have on hand ββ raw vegetables like carrots, cucumber, radish, and fennel work well. It's also great with warm pita, seeded crackers, and crusty bread.

- 1/2 cup olives, coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
