Over the past 12 months, we’ve been on a mission to select a small, elite group of Italian farmers who could help us create a balanced blend while working the land and fruit in the most natural and traditional way possible (trust us, it’s not an easy task these days).
Through countless trips, grove visits, and tastings, we selected OUR elite group of farmers –– they honor tradition and produce the purest organic extra virgin olive oil Italy has to offer.
Our farmers are selected based on:
- How they grow the fruit – no GMO seeds, no chemicals
- How they process the fruit – no additives, no preservatives, no dies, no added substances
- They have to provide early harvest fruit and follow cold press extraction methods
Our olive oil is pure –– it's imperative that our farmers don't use GMOs, additives, preservatives, or dies (which, if you don't know, is what most brands in supermarkets do).
We also require early harvest fruit to ensure our oil tastes alive. It’s young. It’s vibrant. And it leaves a subtle peppery finish at the back of your throat –– one that you’ll come to recognize and love.
